I had the chance to chat with the owner, and she told me that for the piadinas containing gluten, she uses local flours from Romagna grains, and does not use milk. In short, eating here is a tasting experience that even a celiac can finally enjoy. I paid €8.70 for a piadina and a gluten-free beer: what more could you want? Prices in line with the market, but decidedly higher quality. Moreover, the friendliness and availability of the owner make this place a must-stop for anyone needing a quick lunch or dinner. We tasted both the gluten-free and normal piadina... The gluten-free one is made with naturally gluten-free flours, not deglutenized flours. They make both types themselves, using a single grill. In fact, there is a sign stating that there could be contamination, even though they use baking paper during cooking. The piadine are excellent, well-filled, and abundant. We tried one with speck, mushroom cream, and a cheese whose name I don’t remember—it was amazing! Besides piadine, they also offer sheet pizzas and crescioni... you can also make sweet piadine. The owner is very kind, even though she was alone that day. I highly recommend it.

In fact, there is a sign that says there may be cross-contamination, although they use parchment paper when cooking. The piadinas are excellent, well-filled and generous. We tried one with speck, mushroom cream, and a cheese whose name I don't remember; it was amazing! In addition to piadinas, they have pan pizzas and crescioni... the piadinas can also be made sweet. The owner is very kind, even though she was alone that day. I highly recommend it.

Very kind owners and very willing to accommodate customers, the piadinas are delicious, both the gluten-free ones and the 'ortolano' are delightful, and you can also have a Nutella piadina.
