The alleged owner is extremely rude, she doesn't know how to address customers... This is the second time I have unfortunately ordered over the phone with her. When I asked for a pizza listed on the menu (specified as gluten-free), she arrogantly replied that I should have specified that I wanted it gluten-free, forgetting to note my additional request, which was the removal of the tomato (because I am allergic). In the end, the pizza arrived with tomato. When I called to point out the mistake, I was not offered the opportunity to resolve the issue in a timely manner, and finally, I was hung up on. Highly not recommended!!!

I want to point out that I ordered from Just Eat, I did not go to the place. I'm sorry to leave bad reviews, but I've rarely tasted gluten-free pizza like this: aside from the smell coming from the box (like something gone bad, I sincerely hope it wasn't but I assure you the odor was really awful), the ingredients were not of good quality, the speck didn't look like speck and the mozzarella was not great. The gluten-free dough, I'll let you imagine, was soft, thin, I would dare say partially edible. I practically left it half-eaten. I've been celiac for many years and I've tasted many pizzas, and especially better ones, considering it also cost 9.50 euros. I'm really sorry, but this is just not it; there was no minimum effort in the preparation of this pizza and I believe a review like this can be helpful to make restaurateurs understand that, at least for gluten-free options, it’s necessary to put in more and better effort. For now, I don't think I want to repeat a similar experience again.

I frequented it when I was a kid and rediscovered it with the gluten-free option since my girlfriend is celiac: they carry out and tell their work with passion, surely far from the modus operandi of those restaurants that treat the subject as a "trend." They are also careful about contamination; the dough is really good and (TO BE PREORDERED BY PHONE) - even double - two things that are far from guaranteed in gluten-free. They said it’s their recipe, highly recommend! Thank you and keep it up! See you next time!
