The initiative to offer gluten-free pizza is certainly commendable, with maximum attention to contamination, but unfortunately, the taste really leaves much to be desired. Considering the endless waiting times that forced me to dine alone at the end of all the guests, I hope it was just a bad evening.

As a celiac, I can only praise the initiative to offer a gluten-free alternative to those who unfortunately cannot do without it. I remember that no private activity is required to provide such a service (unlike the public), so even though in my honest opinion it is not the best gluten-free pizza out there, I still give 5 stars for the opportunity provided. If I remember correctly, not all pizzas are available in gluten-free versions, but there is still a wide selection. The place is also affiliated with the AIC (Italian Celiac Association), and the gluten-free pizzas are prepared in a separate location (see photo), following AIC guidelines. The last time I was here was on a Saturday evening around 7/7:30 PM, without a reservation, and they served me the gluten-free pizza for takeaway in about 15 minutes.

Cozy place. Too bad about the long waits for tables. Excellent pizzas and a wide variety of pizzas, including those made with kamut flour and gluten-free options.
