Fast service, terrible pizza, and staff poorly trained on contamination.

Terrible pizza, even frozen pizzas are not that bad. Not recommendable for people with celiac disease. The "normal" pizza, however, is very good.

The defrosted margherita pizza, the mozzarella was not fresh and it was not cooked enough. I didn't like it at all, it made me feel different and second-rate. The service was very fast and the kindness was professional.

I book for 6 and ask for a table near the window, and I am satisfied! I am celiac, they tell me that they have doughs, but they do not guarantee non-contamination, which I really appreciate so I know how to behave. My companions order pizza, I order octopus with potatoes. The pizzas arrive but not my dish; when the others, tired of waiting, start eating the lukewarm pizzas, my husband gets up to ask for news about my dish, they apologize and bring it to me shortly after. Delicious! And to apologize further, they offer us the chance to order new pizzas as ours had been eaten lukewarm, we take another pizza to share and it arrives immediately, and shortly after they also bring me a kind of gluten-free pizza, "guaranteed" so I eat it and actually share it because it was very good. Moral of the story: long live Moromare, well done and even though they made us wait, they knew how to make amends, which is not taken for granted, especially in Genoa! So I will gladly return!
