Gluten-free pizza is really delicious! They assured me that it is safe for celiacs, even though I didn't understand the wording "low gluten" that has replaced the previous indication "gluten-free." The place is very small, but the oven is separate from that of the regular pizzas, so I felt it was very safe.

Gluten-free dough (homemade and very good) is always available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. For other days, call 1 hour in advance to preheat the oven used only for this dough. The other pizzas are really good and very digestible, even the richer ones. I tried 'la ruota': I could have eaten two... (and I chose quite elaborate toppings)

The best gluten-free base I've ever tasted! Tasty and fragrant. Incredibly, it stays soft until the end. And the filling?! Francesca immediately understood that I like to be daring (despite my celiac limitations) and offered me white pizza with feta cheese, a delicious goat gorgonzola (local production), and escarole. Very, very satisfying! All the ingredients used were stored in a specific fridge to avoid contamination. Dedicated oven safe for celiacs. You can tell right away that Francesca has great expertise and passion for gluten-free food. Even my non-celiac family members gave the sourdough pizza high marks. Amazing! It would be great if she opened a proper pizzeria! We ate at the available tables in the premises, which has a take-out style. Convenient parking in front. I almost forgot: they also have several types of gluten-free beer.

My husband and I stopped on December 8th to eat 2 delicious pizzas, mine gluten-free with vegetables, excellent! The kindness of the owner and the guy is unforgettable, I highly recommend it and it’s such a nice place! If we have to return, since we were on vacation for two days, we won’t miss it! Very kind girl, STUNNING gluten-free pizza!!! All the other pizzas looked beautiful. On the kind advice of the pizzaiola, we then visited Sauris yesterday, of which we were not even aware of its existence, and we confirm it is a charming place as she told us!!! Small takeaway pizzeria with a few tables also under the portico, has some parking spaces right in front of the venue. Very bright and clean, young and very courteous staff. We have ordered takeaway multiple times and personally, I prefer pizza pala to traditional pizza. The dough is made with sourdough, which makes the base soft and taller. The menu with prices is available on the Facebook page (even for those who are not subscribed). There are also gluten-free pizzas prepared and cooked strictly separate from the traditional ones, French fries, and dippers, excellent individual tiramisu, and fantastic hot sandwiches. Takeaway service is also available outside the municipality and if communicated at the time of booking, payment can also be made with debit card and credit card. What more could you want? Try to believe.
