The aperitif at Chiringuito: I enjoyed a platter accompanied by an excellent gluten-free covaccino. All of it washed down with a "Materia Prima" Spritz, a dream location and excellent company 💯 and praise.

I attended the Christmas lunch with all the relatives, fixed Christmas menu! Cozy and well-structured place. Great food and precise in serving on time (the entire room was served almost at the same time), welcoming and polite staff, excellent experience (it's the second Christmas we have at Materia Prima and we will probably also have the third).

We went to Materiaprima to celebrate Mom's birthday and the experience was impeccable. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty: the staff was very kind, attentive, and always available. The culinary proposal won us over: the Peposo was super good and the Pinze really tasty. A special mention goes to the gluten-free birthday cake: a real delight for the palate, crafted in every detail. All immersed in a refined and relaxing environment, accompanied by perfect background music. Highly recommended!

Raw material... I mean, not fresh, but very basic. "Algherese" Paella as shown in the photo. I ordered a generous portion, and indeed there were 3 extra mussels compared to the usual, which I left because they were not fresh. Among the ingredients, there was sand, which I presume is from the Adriatic, fine and granular as I like it. The waitresses were kind, but we had to ask for the menu after 5 minutes of waiting 😴 When it came time to pay, the 3 mussels cost 4€ more than the standard 16€ portion. Something needs to be revised, particularly: -service -> more attention to what the customer has or lacks on the table. -food -> the quality of the raw materials needs a significant improvement; those mussels were nearly inedible… in the area, there are places that offer high-quality ones at the same price; you could do the same. The cleanliness of the products, especially if they are frozen, needs to be done properly and with care. I would have preferred to pay a little more and eat well rather than having such products! (I only refer to seafood since I only tasted those) -bill -> the portion of paella was virtually identical to the normal one; I found it not very smart to charge 4€ more... a waitress noticed it but did not mention it to the cashier. Summary: 2 paellas {1 considered generous but it wasn’t (thank goodness)} 1 water 1 coke 2 cover charges 48€

I visited this place last night with my wife to eat a pizza. We were immediately welcomed with a nice smile from a lovely girl, which, from my experience, does not happen so often in every place. The location, situated in a nice spot and well-furnished, is undoubtedly attractive. The pizza, very tasty, crunchy and soft, and perfectly seasoned, truly satisfied us, as did the ice cream and dessert. In conclusion, hospitality, friendliness, kindness, good service, and excellent pizza seem to be the best calling card of this place.

A dream steak and a restaurant that is a gem! Every time I come here, it’s a certainty. But this time, the steak truly won me over: tender, juicy, cooked to perfection and with a spectacular flavor. A true delight for the palate! The quality of the meat is evident, and the care in preparation makes all the difference. All in an enchanting location with impeccable service: kind, smiling, and attentive staff. It’s always a pleasure to return… and I can’t wait to do it again!

Rustic location, spacious, clean, well organized and elegant. Spacious rooms, a bit sober, well soundproofed, you can talk without annoying background noise. We were able to enjoy the special gourmet Pinses. Excellent dough, quality ingredients, and well seasoned. Price is average but not excessive and exorbitant as unfortunately in many similar places.

Warmth and professionalism! Sara welcomes you with a very interesting Lazio sparkling wine, and being very prepared, she manages to describe every detail and flavor of the dishes that will be tasted!! From the amuse-bouche to the dessert, it’s an explosion of flavors and balance!! Generally, there are always dishes that turn out better than others, but from them, every course was a surprise… compliments for the cuisine and the service… Highly recommended!

Very welcoming atmosphere, the service is always attentive and careful. As for the food, everything we ordered was delicious, excellent quality of the raw materials, recommended even for those with gluten intolerances as the menu is varied and attentive to these issues.

We had dinner here as a family with 7 children. There is definitely no shortage of space. Since we had dinner in the summer, we ate outside with a very pleasant atmosphere enhanced by the string lights, which made it quite picturesque. We ate well; everything was generally good, but the price was a bit too high for what we had. The waiters were all kind, and the inside of the venue seemed clean. Besides dinner, in the summer, they also host evenings with music and aperitifs with baskets, but only by reservation.

The Restaurant-Pizzeria is located in a suburban area of Montemurlo, but it feels like being immersed in the countryside. It has a large parking area and tables both indoors and outdoors, ideal for enjoying an aperitif in a charming location. I tried both the aperitif and dinner. The aperitif was excellent and reasonably priced. The restaurant is decent but, in my opinion, with prices slightly above average.

The place is beautiful, fresh, youthful. I expected more for the aperitif. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't exceptional.

Restaurant, pizzeria, aperitifs. Located in the outskirts of Montemurlo, near the ring road, but it doesn't feel like it: it seems like you are in the countryside. Ample parking. Indoor tables but especially outdoors in nice weather. There is also a veranda with a full view. Very nice location, with a large and welcoming green space where you can enjoy a rich and delicious aperitif. Situated in a facility with an attached riding school. So far, I have tried the aperitif; for the 5th star, I will have to return for the restaurant.
