I must say that I have been drinking this beer for years due to my celiac condition, but unfortunately, I have to notice a decline in both the quality of the product and the service provided. The beer is almost flat, it doesn't have foam, and if it does, it dissolves within a few seconds. Moreover, I find it really a pity that the beer is served in plastic cups at the kiosk; I would understand it at a festival, but not served this way by the producer! What a shame!

The tasting I attended with my group of friends at the Dimont craft brewery was probably one of the best I've ever had! From the very first moment, we were welcomed with great warmth and professionalism by the owner, Mr. Totis, and the master brewer Enrico. The passion that shines through in their words is contagious and allowed us to fully understand the process of crafting artisanal beer, with clear and detailed explanations at every step. The brewery's environment is welcoming, perfect for a convivial experience. The tasting was the highlight of the visit: we had the opportunity to sample different types of beers, each with its unique characteristics. From the sweeter, fruity notes of the Blanche to the more intense ones with caramel undertones of the Ambrata. Their IPAs and Session IPAs were quite interesting as well, which, despite the bitterness that defines them, are very pleasant. Another particularly appreciable aspect is the fact that the beers produced by Dimont brewery are naturally gluten-free. This allowed a celiac friend of ours to participate in the tasting as well. The price is truly fair for the quality offered (both regarding the beers and the pairings of cold cuts and cheeses). I highly recommend the Dimont brewery to anyone who wishes to experience an authentic moment in the world of artisanal beer, in a context where expertise and love for beer come together to offer a truly special experience. We will definitely return for another tasting.
