I always take the gluten-free paposcia; it's really good, I recommend it.

I ate at this pizzeria with my family, however, some considerations need to be made. The regular pizza is good, with a well-hydrated dough that isn't heavy. Unfortunately, the gluten-free pizza was not exceptional, with a dough that was too chewy. The main criticism, both for the price and the quantity, is for the pan pizza Sandwich, which has good cereal dough, but the ingredients inside do not meet expectations considering the price is 19.00 euros. Moreover, it was missing the stracciatella mozzarella inside. There is definitely potential for improvement, especially as the effort is evident.

D’Orazio pizzeria was a very pleasant surprise!! The elegant and modern venue is located 10 minutes on foot from the sanctuary, AIC certified for those with celiac disease and also offers lactose-free options for those who are intolerant. The staff is very kind and attentive to the little details, always ready to welcome customers' requests with a smile. Among the many choices on the menu, we ordered chips as an appetizer, delicious hand-cut potatoes fried with the skin, then a gluten-free regina pizza (photo), a gluten-free and lactose-free vegetarian pizza, and to finish a delicious and fantastic gluten-free and lactose-free rocher crisp (photo). The gluten-free dough prepared by them is very digestible and keeps the crust crispy!!! I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to return if I found myself nearby. Congratulations 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

A four-star rating for this pizzeria. The quality, along with the passion of Oronzo the owner, is evident and can be fully appreciated. We waited about two years to taste the pizzas of Regina Margherita, but in the end, it was worth it. Quality ingredients, starting with the flours, and it’s worth noting and commending the presence of a whole gluten-free laboratory to avoid contamination. There are several SlowFood presides, such as the red onion of Acquaviva. Craft beers from Puglia and beyond. A very nice and welcoming venue. Prices are average. A must-try.

An extremely beautiful and welcoming restaurant, a hidden architectural gem, they have both a gluten-free menu and delicious Italian pizza, the food is well presented and very good. Inside, you will be surprised by a beautiful interior with a wooden ceiling and nice, comfortable chairs and tables, reservation was not necessary upon our arrival. The staff member was very kind, Mr. Antonio will take care of you from the greeting, to the seating, and will assist us in our choices, also taking orders and giving recommendations, even if you don’t speak Italian he will use Google Translate 😊... thumbs up 👍. Out of a total of 5 stars, it’s all about the value for money of the food, taste, and quality.

Regina Margherita is, hands down, the best pizza you can probably taste throughout the province of Foggia, without exaggerating. Many varieties of absolutely original pizzas, each translating into an unforgettable culinary experience. The extensive research and quality of the ingredients offered to the customer deserve praise and emphasis. I would also like to highlight the possibility of enjoying an excellent artisanal gluten-free base for celiacs. Additionally, for celiacs, by calling a few days in advance for a reservation, it is possible to book and choose most of the pizzas from the menu. I want to emphasize the extreme professionalism of all the staff at Regina Margherita: courtesy and professionalism. Needless to say, I have been a regular customer for months, and I don’t believe I will ever be tired of Regina Margherita's pizza.
