The first true quality street food in Monopoli! Antonio carefully selects his products and leaves nothing to chance when it comes to cooking and pairings. You can choose from different types of bread, and gluten-free products are also available. The owner's charm adds to all of this! Highly recommended! I advise letting him guide you on the choice of meat and condiments! You must try the sandwich with the zampina di San Michele and a tray of bombette!

My boyfriend and I found out about this through social media, and since we are both celiac, we wanted to try this fantastic initiative because nowadays it's a hassle to have so few places where a celiac can eat. The place is super clean, the chef and the staff have been very kind and attentive to our needs. I haven't had such a good sandwich in a long time. Now we know that when we want to treat ourselves to a cheat day, we have our trusted ‘paninaro’. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! We will definitely be back.

Great sandwiches, chef Antonio is a character, eggplant parmigiana and meatballs gluten-free and lactose-free, with gluten-free sandwiches as well.... Fast service ... Excellent location
