They have various gluten-free options, although the wait for these dishes is long. They have a single kitchen, and if necessary, they boil the water on the spot to prepare the gluten-free pasta. Slow service but good dishes.

The menu was proposed by the chef at the moment; we didn't know what we would eat, we only had to choose between 7 or 11 courses and indicate any allergies or intolerances: we liked and were surprised by this type of offer. Chicken sweetbreads with mushroom breading, sangria served in cacao butter praline, fried oyster as a welcome. Very good dishes like the scampi with Jerusalem artichoke chips. The quality of the wines is excellent, the service is good, a bit of confusion during the reservation. The atmosphere was not really to my taste, too retro.
