Roman menu. Starters and second courses already gluten-free, including battered vegetables. The first courses can be made gluten-free. They were very attentive and kind, everything was delicious. Very light frying. Puntarelle and amatriciana, top!

the place is not officially certified, but it is as if it were. Be careful with celiac disease and friendly staff. Roman specialties 😀

The entire menu is gluten-free or adaptable (for the first courses, the type of pasta can be changed). Very attentive service. Staff very attentive to the issue of celiac disease. I don’t know if there is a risk of contamination because I have celiac disease but am asymptomatic.

Excellent Roman restaurant, also for celiacs. 90% of the menu was available gluten-free. Additionally, all the waiters wore FFP2 masks, which shouldn't be taken for granted in September 2022. It is a 4-minute walk from the Vittoriale degli Italiani (home of Gabriele D'Annunzio). If someone is celiac, it is a must-stop since there aren't many other restaurants in the area with gluten-free options.

A few steps from the Vittoriale, this delightful venue offers typical Roman dishes also available in gluten-free versions. Excellent and refined atmosphere, very friendly manager, but above all, the dishes are truly very interesting. The cacio e pepe I ordered was among the best I have ever tried, even directly in its Roman homeland. Wide selection of wines and exquisite dessert menu. I would say this Roman culinary proposal in Gardone Riviera is absolutely worth it! We will return!
