A simple and unpretentious place located in the countryside around Cisternino. The staff informed us that they only had gluten-free ice cream (both homemade and on sticks, made by them), almond pastries, and calzones. The gluten-free calzones are not fried but baked and only in the basic variant, while the regular ones have a thousand options. There may have been cross-contamination in my case. The place is practically self-service but overall quite nice.

Handy and affordable place. They have gluten-free panzerotti, but IMPORTANT, you need to call ahead and inform them so they can prepare the dough in advance. They also have some gluten-free desserts :) They are very careful to separate the preparations.

We loved the bakery treats so much, we went back twice! Great gluten free cookies and their sugar coated almonds are out of this world. The Pasticiotto was the best we had anywhere in Puglia! The owner is super nice! We will be back!
