It's all true what has been reviewed so far. But 🤷♀️ when is it open? It’s more closed than open. For All Saints' Day, I went to the sea without bringing bread and focaccia from Milan, looking forward to the gluten-free focaccia and... 😮 closed from the morning of Friday, the 31st until November 5th!!! How frustrating that is! I think that those who open a bakery for people intolerant to certain basic foods have a moral obligation to follow more regular opening hours than other merchants. Happy All Saints' Day and happy name day to everyone!

A completely gluten-free place, a nice reference for those who are celiac or have intolerances. The products are of medium-good quality, well made, and pleasant, although not always excellent. The real limitation, however, is the lack of variety: the desserts are always the same and there is never a new item or seasonal offering. After a few visits, the element of surprise fades away. It's also a pity about the absence of brioche or croissants for breakfast: a real gap, considering that it would be a great opportunity for those looking for a gluten-free breakfast away from home, which forces us to go elsewhere. Overall, a good option for a sweet gluten-free break, but with room for improvement, especially in terms of the variety of offerings.

I have bought products from them several times. The focaccia is delicious and the individual portions of desserts are no less, I love the one with cream. The staff is very friendly and helpful. 5 stars fully deserved!

Well, what can I say, but a person with celiac disease who can eat genovese focaccia, what can they think???? That this is paradise!!!! The focaccia with onions and the bread are also excellent. I will try the sweets next time ❤️

I'm not celiac, but the Mojito donut has rejuvenated me! The focaccia is almost indistinguishable from the one made with "normal" flour, and the fruit cakes are something sublime! I can't wait to try a cake! Courteous and helpful staff, a little gem in the straight carrugio of Chiavari!

A pastry shop is an exceptionally wonderful bakery... 5 stars are too few!!! Excellent gluten-free focaccia, but more importantly, the desserts. I bought an 18th birthday cake that was gluten-free, and it was nothing short of SUPERLATIVE! Recommended for both those with gluten intolerance and also for those who have no intolerances but don't want to feel bloated while indulging! Congratulations, keep it up!!

Great bakery. Delicious focaccia, pizza bread. Well risen and tasty, as good as gluten products. Wonderful sweets I've never eaten so good without gluten, like the plumcake. I recommend it to celiacs, intolerant and not, because you won't notice the difference. ARIANNA

My favorite place in Chiavari!!! The gluten-free paradise.. 😍 The staff is very kind, and you can feel their passion and impeccable experience for their work! They create art in everything they do! I recommend the baci di dama, their pizzas and focaccia (I love the one with onions), and their desserts are SPECTACULAR!

Paradise for celiacs!!! Everything is gluten-free and at honest prices. You must try the focaccia, you will fall in love with it. As a celiac, I have tried lots of doughs and I must say this one in particular is fabulous. Also, the plumcake is super delicious, super soft, and not overly sweet (as usually happens with these products to compensate for the absence of gluten). Unfortunately, I'm not from Chiavari, but I will definitely return if I pass by here.

Focaccia with cherry tomatoes is amazing, the sweets are SUPER good especially their gluten-free zero zero... I absolutely recommend stopping by to try all their delights!! WELL DONE!!!
