I must say that finding a suitable place for a family lunch is an impossible mission for us, as we are a large family with 4 children, two of whom are celiac, which makes it not always easy to find a restaurant that caters to special dietary needs while also offering excellent value for money. We have known Sciamadda for several years and can attest that we have always left with a smile. Today we enjoyed, among other things, the classic Ligurian farinata, one of the best we have ever tasted, always soft on the inside with a pleasant crust on the surface. The most appreciated dish was an unusual combination of spaghetti cacio e pepe with mussels and generous katsuobushi (smoked Japanese tuna), also sampled in the gluten-free version with tagliolini. Compliments to the kitchen and the waiters, especially to Biti, who kindly and cheerfully guided us in choosing the dishes.

Ci tornerò. La farinata era spettacolare e la pasta al pesto senza glutine pure. I camerieri tutti molto gentili e professionali. Un grazie in particolare a Biti che ci ha serviti e è stato molto attento alla mia intolleranza.

Sono andato a cena con 2 amici. Siamo stati serviti da Nicole, molto cordiale, professionale e simpatica. Io, da celiaco, mi sono trovato davvero bene, con un menù separato interamente senza glutine. Super consigliata la farinata con la crescenza. Sicuramente un posto consigliato a Sestri Levante.
