I must say that finding a suitable place for a family lunch is an impossible mission for us, as we are a large family with 4 children, two of whom are celiac, which makes it not always easy to find a restaurant that caters to special dietary needs while also offering excellent value for money. We have known Sciamadda for several years and can attest that we have always left with a smile. Today we enjoyed, among other things, the classic Ligurian farinata, one of the best we have ever tasted, always soft on the inside with a pleasant crust on the surface. The most appreciated dish was an unusual combination of spaghetti cacio e pepe with mussels and generous katsuobushi (smoked Japanese tuna), also sampled in the gluten-free version with tagliolini. Compliments to the kitchen and the waiters, especially to Biti, who kindly and cheerfully guided us in choosing the dishes.

I will come back. The farinata was spectacular and the gluten-free pesto pasta was too. The waiters were all very kind and professional. Special thanks to Biti who served us and was very attentive to my intolerance.

I went to dinner with 2 friends. We were served by Nicole, who was very friendly, professional, and nice. I, being a celiac, felt really good, with a completely gluten-free separate menu. The farinata with crescenza is highly recommended. Definitely a recommended place in Sestri Levante.
