Confusing experience. I ordered a poke and as soon as I mentioned my celiac disease, the guy at the counter called a very kind and helpful colleague who brought me a note with what I could eat and what I couldn't, and he highlighted the availability of gluten-free soy sauce. CAUTION BECAUSE THE CRISPY ONIONS WERE NOT MARKED AMONG THE RISKY ITEMS; I actually went to ask if they were since it seemed strange to me that something crispy could be gluten-free. So the guy brought me the packaged bag where the onions were, and the first ingredient (in bold) was wheat flour, which contains gluten. Fortunately, as soon as I pointed this out, they assured me they would remake the poke bowl. Despite everything, the ingredients were good and the fish seemed high quality.

My trusted poke for about a year now. I’ve never had any particular problems; as soon as you mention your intolerance, they immediately point out which ingredients you can choose. Perhaps one of the best pokes.

There is no option to choose the ingredients, so it doesn't work for me because I suffer from various intolerances. The place is very small and a bit cramped. I prefer other places that sell the same type but allow you to customize the poke as you wish. I didn't consume anything precisely because there was no choice.
