One of the best places to eat gluten-free in Lecce. They offer a dedicated gluten-free menu with almost all the same dishes as the regular one, including starters, pasta, puccia, and even every dessert is available gluten-free. There’s a small €2 surcharge for the gluten-free dishes, but it’s absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

We came to this restaurant for dinner 3 out of 4 nights in Lecce, some of the best food we had in all of Italy. The gluten free offerings were excellent and the seafood incredibly fresh and delicious. We will be talking about the Otranto antipasto (swordfish carpaccio with burrata) for a long, long time!!

One of my safe places as a celiac, located in the heart of Lecce. Fantastic dishes ranging from appetizers to desserts. The menu features dishes with typical local flavors, but reinterpreted using the excellent quality of the ingredients. On the menu, you can find fried foods, seafood fry, rich salads, balanced first courses, delightful second courses, and pucce both from the sea and land with refined and non-standard combinations. Everything, of course, with the corresponding gluten-free option. The service is always very kind and attentive to the needs and requests of the customer. The venue is not very large but still well-managed, including the outdoor area.

Cute environment, with beautiful stone ceilings, just a stone's throw from the cathedral. Certified by AIC for celiacs, they have a separate menu with a red cover. I had a "Martina Franca" Puccia, and I savored it until the last bite, really, really good. 5 well-deserved stars! The staff is very quick, friendly, and knowledgeable about gluten-free!

A truly excellent experience! There was an entire gluten-free menu (identical to the traditional one) and I had the opportunity to taste a fabulous stuffed puccia with octopus! A must-visit if you are in Lecce.

This place is gem. The food was very tasteful and the combinations in the Puccias are very unique and flavourful. A lot of choices, we got the Castro and tuna tartar and they were so good. My friend got the Ugento pasta with prawn and that one was creamy without an overload of source and the egg flavour wasn’t very strong. They also have a full menu for gluten free people which is crazy good. The atmosphere at dinner was very cosy and elegant, and the guys were very helpful and nice. The dessert wasn’t one of the best, tiramisu was nice tho. Will be back :)

A very modern and elegant place in the center of Lecce, just a few steps from the Duomo square, which makes it extremely crowded; in fact, it was necessary to wait for a list to get a table. Understandably, the wait times for food are quite long. The gluten-free options are very extensive and cover almost the entire regular menu. The food is also very good; the portions are not very plentiful but the puccia was truly satisfying. The desserts are great too, and the staff is very courteous.

We remind all restaurateurs that we did not choose to be celiac, but by divine will, we are! If we come to your establishment, it's for the gluten-free service you offer, given the difficulties in finding places that provide this service; we come specifically for that! It is not normal to deny me a GLUTEN-FREE takeaway just because I'm not seated! Since takeaway is a service you provide, I don’t understand why it would be denied just because it is gluten-free; it's better that you seat us! Despite saying that I would also pay for the extra cover charge, the important thing is that I wanted the takeaway, but NOTHING WAS DENIED TO ME! I should not have to justify myself for anything if I couldn't sit due to time constraints, but for me, it was DISCRIMINATION! And now, I find myself, highlighting the difficulties we celiacs face when eating out, without having eaten! Thank you, and to you, the comments, fellow celiacs.

Beautiful place in front of the Lecce cathedral. Very easy to reach. I had an initial fried selection (meatballs, croquettes, small fritters), as a first dish tagliatelle with seafood carbonara, and for the second, a fish fry. Everything gluten-free and everything was excellent. No risk of contamination. AIC certified establishment.

The first time I enter the venue. The atmosphere is welcoming and beautiful, the service is quick and the staff is kind and helpful. I am celiac and basically the menu has no differences from the regular one. Everything is delicious. I had a seafood main dish and a dessert, but I plan to try all the dishes in turn. At first glance, the prices may seem a bit higher than usual, but after tasting the dishes, the quality-price ratio is there. Highly recommended.

A stone's throw (literally) from the cathedral, a beautiful and welcoming restaurant. It's better to book to avoid missing out on a table. They found us a spot because there were just two of us, but we were lucky. They are registered with the AIC, so they have a complete and varied gluten-free menu. I am celiac, I had no problems at all, indeed my puccia was delicious, and they are also very attentive because mine was served with a stick for distinction. I ate today for both lunch and dinner. I've been celiac for 10 years and some flavors I had almost forgotten were rediscovered today. For lunch, a superlative puccia and for dinner, fried foods typical of Salento that are exceptional for us celiacs. Everything was very good and the staff was attentive and helpful. For the first time, the staff asked as soon as we were seated if there were any allergies or intolerances. The entire menu can be enjoyed gluten-free with great kindness. For me, the score is 10 and praise. It's a pity I live in Calabria. I've discovered, through various trips, that Puglia is ahead when it comes to gluten-free. I absolutely recommend it. Excellent service and flavorful puccia. The place is run by young and courteous staff. As soon as we sat down, a waiter with various menus immediately asked if there were any gluten-intolerant people (rarely, it's usually us asking and making a thousand questions). Fragrances, flavors, colors, Taula is also this, but it is also synonymous with the quality of the products, freshness of the raw materials used in preparing the dishes, professionalism, and nonetheless, the courtesy and friendliness of the staff. All of this is complemented by the excellent dishes it offers. For example, the puccia in the photo refers to the puccia called Porto Badisco, made with octopus carpaccio, cherry tomatoes, arugula, and lemon zest. (I hope the shot does justice to the dish). Furthermore, I want to gladly point out that the restaurateur offers a varied menu of dishes entirely dedicated to celiacs, thus gluten-free. Therefore, in light of what has just been stated and based on my personal experience, I can undoubtedly recommend this pucceria.

We visited this little restaurant today, hoping to let our daughter, who is celiac, taste typical products. They presented us with a rich menu of choices: in fact, any dish can be tasted in a gluten-free version. We had a Salento fried dish with pittule that were nothing short of delicious. The gluten-free puccia was also amazing: you can feel the passion for cooking and the search for quality so that gluten-free foods are qualitatively similar to those with gluten. Highly recommended both for the quality of the food, colorful and tasty dishes, and for the possibility of enjoying Salento in complete tranquility.

It's a restaurant that offers puccie both with regular dough and gluten-free. They propose specialties from land and sea. I went there for lunch and was able to eat a delicious gluten-free puccia; even the one with regular dough was exquisite. They also have gluten-free beer. As for the service, it was excellent; the waiter pays extra attention to those with intolerances and is very knowledgeable about all the ingredients used.
