Showcase dedicated to gluten-free and lactose-free items with sweet and savory products available. Everything is delicious!

Finally, a place to try typical Apulian flavors without gluten! Sweet and savory, incredible!!!

Wide selection of products, more than decent quality

great cakes

I always come here for breakfast with my parents, I have never had any problems, I really appreciate the savory pastries and their salty bites. For me, they are some of the best you can find in Lecce.

Separate gluten free case with salty and sweet items. The puff pastries zepolina was great. Lactose free options also available.

A simple and sincere little place in the heart of Lecce. What can make a person with celiac disease happy? What Danny offers! Tasty gluten-free and lactose-free breakfasts, fine and delicious pastries made by them. Special note for the gluten-free croissants: finally good, dry, flavorful, filled with cream or chocolate, just like the regular ones, not the usual "cardboard rolls" packaged that you get 90% of the time. Congratulations on your commitment, your pastry, your great INCLUSIVE sensitivity....and finally.....GOOD. ❤️

One of the best gluten-free pastry shops. I obviously recommend the typical Salentino pasticciotto, which is unmatched for its pastry cream! Very kind staff!

Literally paradise for coeliacs 💞 they have a section dedicated solely to gluten-free sweets, fresh pastries made by them, something I had never encountered in a café, where I usually find the usual packaged cookies. I had the pasticciotto, a chocolate croissant, and another sweet with Nutella and Smarties, everything was exquisite, truly exceptional. Moreover, the owners, Danilo and Paola, are two incredibly kind people, very nice, they even gave me a t-shirt, which I really appreciated 💕

not exactly the best... the croissants are inedible, the cookies are acceptable, but the savory is good. one time I tried a Nutella swirl that was delicious but unfortunately I haven't found it again.

As every year, before returning to Bari, we must make a STOP here!! A very well-stocked pastry shop (and more)! The highlight is the PASTICCIOTTO LECCESE, available with a lot of different fillings! There's something for everyone's taste!! And the great thing is that I can also satisfy the palate and stomach of my celiac daughter. They have a section dedicated to gluten-free sweet and savory items. SUPER review for this place!!

I tried their pasticciotto, very good, a little soft, but to my taste really delicious! They have a small section for gluten-free options with both sweet and savory dishes!
1
unfortunately the pasticciotto is too crumbly and not crunchy and breaks in the hands
5
great place, I tried both sweet and savory. good even though prices are above average. they are not AIC but they have a separate laboratory
5
Typical Puglian food that is gluten-free and a friendly, kind staff. I would recommend it to every celiac 🌾I ate a delicious cream pasticciotto, a rustico, and a focaccia.
3
Wide selection of croissants, leccese pastry, and various pastries. The gluten-free options are also good. However, if there is a lack of attention to cleanliness, the quality of the products doesn’t matter much. We were left disappointed 🤷♂️

divine pasticciotti and rustic even better! a gluten-free fairy tale 🤍 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I came back for both breakfast and coffee

I went twice to try something savory and gluten-free at 6 PM, but there was absolutely nothing. Too bad, I would have liked to have an aperitif. There were some dry cookies, even a bit broken and not very appealing. A friend had a small classic pastry, and it was good, so I’m giving three stars. I expected something better, more choices, and more enjoyment from looking at special desserts.

Sympathy and crazy sweets, very good Pasticciotto, but especially well organized for gluten-free.

Bar/pastry shop just a stone's throw from the historic center of Lecce, easily reachable on foot. Wide selection of gluten-free and lactose-free products, also available on request. A must-stop for celiacs to taste the delicious pasticciotto leccese and the rustico. Very kind and attentive staff. Rating: 10.

Terrible experience. Unfortunately, my trusted pastry chef was on vacation and I had to turn to this pastry shop which makes lactose-free cakes. However, you can't just be lactose intolerant, because you're also forced to take it gluten-free (absurd). They don't make the cappuccino soak because it contains milk. Wasn't it lactose-free? Who knows... The cake looks terrible with inscriptions that seem made by a child and almost non-existent decorations. Not to mention the almond paste covering, poorly rolled out and tasting like granulated sugar. As soon as the cake was taken out of the fridge, it collapsed due to a terrible consistency. Tasteless. Rude, arrogant, and incompetent staff. I received a cake exchange, picked up at lunchtime, with guests already at the table, who had to go to work, and I had to drive 25 km to go back and get the right one, only to be told it was just a "simple mistake". Speechless. Never again.

Friendly staff and super quality. The gluten-free options are excellent; for us celiacs, nothing is missing! Delicious pasticciotti, rustici, and almond pastries.

The gluten-free pasticciotto has been a great joy for my palate!!! I never thought I would find it, but it was truly a pleasure..... congratulations!

I purchased online some pasticciotti, rustici, and almond paste... what can I say, everything was delicious, so much so that I didn't even manage to photograph the rustici... They were very kind in guiding me through the purchase via WhatsApp, then the shipping was very fast and with excellent packaging. The products are exquisite; you wouldn’t even notice they are gluten-free unless someone tells you. I would definitely buy from them again, highly recommended!

A very welcoming pastry shop, in my opinion, it truly deserved the title of Cake Star in Lecce in 2019. A pastry shop that also offers alternatives for celiacs and vegans, as well as lactose-free options. The Leccese pasticciotto is very well-balanced, the shortcrust pastry is perfect, and the pastry cream is very good because it is made well and, above all, the pasticciotto is not heavy. The platter of pastries looks very nice, the desserts are very traditional and of excellent quality, well done.

Unfortunately, I can't give less than one star. Today, I tried this pastry shop with my wife, and we had both the pasticciotto and the croissant, gluten-free and regular. Everything seemed anything but high-end pastries; you had to search for cream in the pasticciotti with a magnifying glass, and the dough (if that's what it's called, there's a reason) was very hard and compact. The croissant looked like a deflated brioche, not soft or flaky at all. The service behind the counter was terrible, with unfriendly staff. The girl serving at the tables was much better. And in all this, they boast about being the winners of Cake Star 2019. Half an hour of TV success has gone to their heads.

A winner a few years ago of a pastry competition in a well-known show. They also offer gluten-free products. Good, but in general, I don't find the pasticciotto and the rustico to be that special. In any case, they have several variants of pasticciotti, including gluten-free and savory options. The store is very chaotic, the sales staff shout too much and local customers humorously skip the line.

I belong to the category that reflects quite a bit before making negative comments, which I have done. Unfortunately, and I refer only to the gluten-free products, this is the third time I have not been satisfied as in previous years. When I used to go to Salento, it was a reference point, but now I have found that the quality has significantly dropped.

Every time I find myself staying in the city of Lecce, it's a must-stop. A vast array of gluten-free and lactose-free products is always available, and they are delicious 😋 for a celiac like me, it's truly the top. Another point in favor is the very honest prices. 2 small espressos, 2 gluten-free zeppoline, and 1 lactose-free for €5.60 🤩 last but not least, the kindness and approach of the super friendly and available staff. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟stars truly deserved.

Gluten-free pastry shop in Lecce. In addition to the legendary pasticciotti, you can find many other gluten-free delicacies such as pizzette, taralli, and much more. A must-visit for anyone passing through this beautiful city who needs to eat gluten-free. Very kind and friendly staff who also gave a nice little gift (t-shirt) to my daughter. Thank you.

The gluten-free pasticciotto is delicious when paired with a tasty Leccese coffee.

On vacation in Puglia, we came across this pastry shop specifically because we knew about their gluten-free production, so that even those like me with food intolerances don’t have to give up typical local products. We had pasticciotti, taralli, and other typical sweets, all gluten-free: excellent. Recommended.

In our search for a gluten-free pastry shop, we stumbled upon Danny's pastry shop, a pleasant surprise. I'd say a wonderful surprise. The gluten-free pastries and various sweets were excellent, with delicious snacks, savory pastries, and calzones being fantastic. We'll come back and stock up... well done!

Gluten-free cornetto ... very good, great for those with food intolerances such as gluten and lactose!!! 5 stars ++++++

We were there yesterday, Dalila recommended the gluten-free products to me.. They were all delicious.. The girls are great and very kind!!! Highly recommended

It is an excellent place for those who cannot tolerate gluten. The staff is friendly, and the products and prices are more than good. A bit busy on Sundays!

Caffetteria Danny... the Gardaland of Pastry for celiacs! In front of the pastry window, I became a child again; being able to choose from all those delicacies is priceless and the kindness of the owners is unique! WARNING... The pasticciotti are addictive!
