A reference point when we are on vacation in Salento, excellent food, generous portions, fair prices, average service, and last but not least, kindness and hospitality from all staff members, no exceptions, very good, highly recommended!!!!!

Maximum attention and great pizza at honest prices

The locale AIC has highly trained staff regarding celiac disease, separate laboratories, maximum attention to clients with intolerances/allergies, and a whole gluten-free menu. We chose typical dishes from the Salento tradition. The mixed fried platter as an appetizer included pittule, meatballs, potato panzerotti, and arancini, all homemade and delicious. For the main course, we ordered fava beans and chicory, chickpea and pasta, and as a second course, turcinieddhi. The dishes were delicious and plentiful. Quick service, courteous and helpful staff, starting from the owner. It was truly a wonderful discovery, and as someone with celiac disease, I will definitely return.

In the heart of Lecce, a small pearl: super friendly staff, excellent food, a calm atmosphere, and above all, everything, and I mean everything, is gluten-free! This is very important to me, as I am celiac. We will definitely return the next time we are in Lecce!

Very good and crispy pizza, great fritters too! High level of safety. Highly recommended!

very kind staff and the entire Gluten Free menu is written in Italian and no longer in Puglian dialect. I had a good fried dish and a plate of pasta with seafood, unfortunately frozen. pasta was still good

I had dinner at this pizzeria because it is known for having gluten-free options as well as excellent local dishes. We chose various courses mainly based on local specialties and meat. Great food and good service. Recommended place.

They welcomed us after midnight without any problem! The menu is ALL gluten-free. Thin pizza, very good. Highly recommended!

And every time I return to Lecce, I gladly go to visit Oronzo and eat his fantastic mixed gluten-free fried foods. Ciceri e tria g.f. really good. A must-try! The pizza is very good and especially light. The staff is kind and welcoming. Excellent quality-price ratio. See you soon!

Pizzeria where we go every year with the family since we are celiac. We are very disappointed with the service due to the lack of staff and the slowness at the tables. We sat at the table at 8:30 PM and after 1 hour and 30 minutes we saw the pizzas. Extremely long and exhausting wait. I strongly advise the owner to increase the staff to maintain the quality of previous years.

A star because I can't rate it zero. Good dishes, including gluten-free ones, but an endless wait. The dinner was worse than the passion of Christ. We arrived at 9 PM and left at 11:30 PM... and we were still there after the peak of the tourist season.

delicious pizza, attentive staff for gluten-sensitive customers

Exceptional place, also gluten-free. Excellent cuisine and outstanding quality. Super polite and well-prepared staff. Fresh fish and good pizzas. Not to mention the attention to gluten-free and lactose-free options. I don't give the fifth star only because of the waiting time (kitchen only), the pizzeria is quick. I hope it was just a night with short staff... it can happen. Good prices. I highly recommend it, especially for gluten-free options. Thank you for bringing the pizzas to my children in very short time. Until next time.

Very good pizza, especially for those who, like me, love it thin and well-coated. The staff is very courteous. They are well-prepared for gluten-free: a celiac can order anything on the menu because they can prepare it in the gluten-free version.

I had dinner this evening and I must say that I, being with my family, found all of us very well. The gluten-free dinner was excellent, the price very good, and the staff polite. We will definitely return.

All good and gluten-free 🤩

Restaurant-pizzeria located in the city center. Very good thin pizzas with different doughs, including gluten-free, and they also prepare fried items with this dough. It is advisable to book, especially on weekends.

Small and familiar place. Good gluten-free pizza that is very thin, just how I like it! Gluten-free fried snacks were good, but the meatballs were raw and cold inside. I went with other people, we all ordered pizza and fried snacks, and the pizzas were all thin and good.

La Pagghiara’s gluten free pizza is one of the best I have ever had! The restaurant is cozy and great for families, the owner is very charming and friendly. The only con was I had to wait almost one full hour because of the many take aways in line. Otherwise super!

The pizza is good, many easily digestible doughs and the toppings are also good and fresh. The pizzas are not cooked in a wood-fired oven and are thin. Ideal for those who prefer this characteristic. They have gluten-free and lactose-free options on the menu, including pizzas. The menu of the restaurant featuring Salento cuisine is also good. When it is crowded, you may wait 40-50 minutes before eating.

A not very large but welcoming place. Friendly and professional staff. Pizzas and fried dishes are very good. The menu offered is extensive and of high quality. The pizzas are very large and thin. The strong point of the place, besides the quality offered, is the fact that every dish on the menu is also available GLUTEN-FREE. Honest prices for everything. Highly recommended.
