a pasta that can only be described as excellent is an understatement. They do not ensure contamination (I am intolerant), so perhaps one should be cautious, but I have never eaten such a good pasta SG.

I visited this restaurant for lunch and they seem quite prepared for gluten-free options. I had a very good cacio e pepe, tripe, and a Roman artichoke. The price is fair for such a central location. Of course, they don't guarantee complete contamination-free dishes, but they seem quite attentive.
