The Alternativa - Pizzeria Tivoli offers a wide selection of classic, gluten-free, and alternative doughs such as turmeric and hemp. Welcoming environment, young and attentive staff, light and well-seasoned pizzas. Excellent quality-price ratio.

They prepare and cook gluten-free pizza in the same place where they prepare the dough with gluten. They don't even have a separate oven! Really poor. Don't trust them.

An unprecedented DISGRACE, we went to dinner last night and ended up with an unprecedented food poisoning, starting to feel ill a few hours after dinner. A shame, aside from the 40 minutes of waiting for a PATHETIC pizza, a dirty place full of chaos where it's hard to even talk. Not to mention the staff: 20 people who don't seem to know what they're doing and wander around confused in the room. AVOID FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.

Everything is fantastic. Great cuisine from the Tiburtino area. The bathrooms are very clean and fragrant. The floor staff is very kind and professional. The prices are very low.

A real discovery! The pizzeria is very welcoming, well-curated in details and has a pleasant atmosphere that makes you feel at ease right away. The fried foods are truly excellent, crispy and light, perfect to start the dinner... especially the supplì that remind of the old days! The choice of pizzas is wide and varied: from the great classics to more particular combinations, all prepared with fresh and quality ingredients. A great added value is the possibility to choose different doughs, well-risen and digestible, which makes the experience even more interesting. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and always ready to advise: attentive service that makes a difference. In short, a place that truly deserves to be tried and to which I will gladly return! 🍕✨

I have been there several times with my friends, enough to give a great judgment on this place. A pizzeria among the alleys of Tivoli that offers very special alternative doughs (like buckwheat or scorched, turmeric, hemp, multigrain...) or, for those intolerant to lactose or gluten, doughs suitable for celiacs. The pizzas are excellent, the service is good, the staff very friendly, and the atmosphere gives you that feeling of being at home. Rustic environment, with the possibility of taking home any leftover food or doing take-away. I personally recommend this place if you are looking for a good pizzeria where you can relax with friends and family.

Away from the chaos, convenient parking not far from a large square. Excellent pizza with quality ingredients. Different flours and plenty of options. For those who don’t want pizza, there are alternatives. Pleasant and discreet service. The atmosphere is informal, with an outdoor veranda. Everything is very calm. Reasonable prices.

Great pizzeria not far from the center. The gluten-free pizza is very good, and this in itself is a rarity. The only downside may be the possibility of contamination since the gluten-free pizza is cooked in the same oven (but the waiters inform you about this very correctly from the start).

A pleasant surprise at Via Empolitana. Entrance and outdoor space with a lounge atmosphere and a comfortable, familiar indoor area. For the child, a personalized placemat and colors to entertain him. Doughs and high-quality ingredients: a really wide choice of organic wholemeal and gluten-free flours. I enjoyed the multicereal flour with a classic Margherita enriched with bresaola and arugula. For the child, a classic fragrant Margherita. The semifreddo with crunch was also excellent. The kind and smiling staff emphasized this already delightful experience. We will return soon and give you plenty of publicity ☺️

A somewhat hidden place, but well-maintained and clean. The service is fast and the staff is always courteous. The pizza is truly excellent, as are the fried foods. The only downside is the reserved parking... nonexistent.

We booked a large table in the outdoor area for three families with 6 children... Managed excellently by the staff, patient and organized. The menu is very varied with original and tasty pizzas, light dough with excellent leavening. The supplì and desserts are not artisanal, but overall they handle all quality foods. The menu pays attention to everyone's needs with gluten-free and lactose-free products, even the gluten-free supplì were not bad. The price is extraordinary considering we ordered a pizza and a fried dish with various drinks, and two bottles of good wine, plus desserts and different amaretti, we ended up spending around 15 euros each. Recommended...

I would like to start from the end... When you can digest an entire red boscaiola pizza with added spicy salami... without waking up at night to drink at least half a liter of water???? Well!!.. it means that the pizza is really light in the stomach... Recommendation, 5 stars.. The interior and exterior of the place are very nice, a staff of young guys, attentive to customers, waiting times, and service.... I also liked this... 5 stars.. Perfect fried dishes.. thin pizzas, crispy edges with a lot of choices in flavors.... excellent gluten-free products, from flours to supplì, also pairing with lactose-free mozzarella for the pizza.. very curious to try hemp flour.. maybe next time... prices are reasonable.. all good.😉

Excellent pizzeria but also offers first and second courses and side dishes, excellent fried foods, good for takeout or for dining in for lunch or dinner.
