Great gluten-free crepes, a griddle meant for gluten crepes is used for cooking, but it is cleaned before use and separate spatulas are used. Perhaps it would be better to have a dedicated griddle, but in the meantime, I was happy to be able to eat a crepe during the vacation! So much variety of flavors!

Creperie located in the heart of Monopoli. Known through videos and various social media sponsorships. Praised so much that I wanted to try it with company. Never made such a wrong choice!! Low-quality crepes, it felt like cardboard when eating it (even though they are also available for intolerant and allergic people with various artisanal creams). We had a tiramisu crepe that was made terribly... just a single ladyfinger placed between creams that do not give the taste of tiramisu... the poke was a disappointment! Tiny amounts of pancakes and very little cream... It turns out to be one of the best creperies in Monopoli, but they just need to learn from those present in the area! The staff is young, but one of them seems to lack desire to work... not to mention the bathrooms, kept in very poor condition... Experience not recommended!

Kindness by name and by deed... While walking, we caught a whiff of something that really attracted us, and although I was a bit skeptical about finding gluten-free options, I arrived at the place and to my great surprise and happiness I read 'gluten-free'... And not only that, the place also offers lactose-free and vegan options... The crepe was delicious and the only downside? It ended too quickly. The guy who served us was super kind, sweet, and funny at the same time, very attentive to everyone's requests and sociable with all the guests. An extra star for him... The little spot is small but welcoming (also thanks to the staff) with nice and stylish music and decor... Truly excellent!
