AIC certification; their website is very comprehensive about it. The gluten-free Ljublijanska is very good.

Everything is delicious: sandwiches, Ljubljana, desserts, and gluten-free beer.

Everything was delicious, we had the Ljubljanska and it was fantastic, I will return to try the sandwiches after seeing the positive reviews.

What can I say, it’s a pub I frequent often and happily. The manager is entertaining, the prices are good relative to the portions (especially the gluten-free lubjanska), the service is quick. The desserts are exclusively gluten-free, even if it’s not obvious. I recommend the cheesecake, it’s out of this world. Additionally, the music provides a pleasant background and allows for conversation.

A characteristic old-style pub (there are fewer and fewer) in the heart of Trieste. Very friendly staff, excellent beer, and a wide gluten-free menu, perfect for families with celiacs. The Ljubljanska is an experience to try 🤩

Characteristic environment, small but clean, very helpful staff, the sandwiches are truly good and the fries are super!! If you have celiac issues, go there without hesitation!!! The owner of the place is outstanding, he served our table of only 7 children with care, dedication, and a thousand laughs.. You are truly the added value of the place!! Absolutely recommended! Book!!

Nothing to say, exceptional sandwiches

When I visit Trieste, it's a must-stop. Everything is available gluten-free. One of the best sandwiches I've ever eaten, and the fries are great too.

A great pub in the heart of Trieste, I ate a great and plentiful lubianska and drank some good beer. The service is quick and friendly, the pub is suitable for watching games with friends. The venue has the AIC (Italian Celiac Association) seal, and gluten-free food and beer are available. If I go to Trieste, I will definitely return.

Passing through Trieste, we were recommended this small informal and nice pub, with excellent gluten-free cuisine. Well-deserved recommendation: great food, great beers, and a cozy atmosphere of a den. And thank you very much also for the good gluten-free options.

We ate Lubijanska and Hamburger (American) with fries, all gluten-free, in the utmost safety. Deadly = delicious! We also let ourselves be advised on the draft beer (also gluten-free). Owners and staff extremely kind. Highly recommended!

Very kind and attentive staff, no markup for gluten-free options, which I found really very good, from the fries to the beer! Maybe the prices are a bit high considering the size of the burger, but nothing to say about the rest! I only recommend booking in advance to avoid eating at the counter like I had to.

Exceptional! I have been going there for many years and every time it is a surprise... Moreover, the owners, besides being very kind, always try to be innovative with new ideas!

A "gluten-free" pub! My family and I arrived at this place very curious. We are not from the area and in our parts, there are no pubs offering gluten-free alternatives, and it was nice to have a beer again and eat a good hamburger. Very friendly and helpful owners, gluten-free dishes, and excellent beer.

I ate a lubianska like this, fabulous!

I was there recently, the sandwich and fries were excellent, gluten-free draft beer, and very friendly and attentive staff. I booked the table using the function on their website and received a confirmation email almost instantly.

A memorable Lubiana!!

The boys are really good. The sandwiches are excellent. My daughter's gluten-free sandwich is definitely good.

As a child, I used to read the adventures of Alan Ford and... The grills of these gentlemen have been sizzling for thirty years and every evening they are packed, even without parking nearby, without a terrace overlooking the bay, without touchscreen menus and twenty-two-year-old waitresses, and without those half-meter metal plates and "complete mixed grill for five euros!" Loving what you do pays off; there's no denying it: those who arrive can feel it. Maintaining the level is perhaps the most complicated part, but they manage: the bread is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, just like when I went there as a kid, the filling is balanced, tasty, rich, and just greasy enough; some classic sandwiches have remained, and the new entries do not make you miss the past: if you miss the past, just reopen Pandora's box, and you’ll find the old offerings. They pay attention to every type of customer, even those with intolerances. They care for the person in a sincere way, not in a cheesy way, with a genuine smile and a quality sandwich. For me, there's no contest here in Trieste; when I enter TNT, I hope it stays open forever and that my daughter can go there with her friends one day.

It is a warm and welcoming environment, great also for those who suffer from celiac disease or various intolerances.

We visited this pub-sandwich shop during the Oktoberfest in Trieste. Below are our impressions. LOCATION: 6.5 The place is located on Via Ginnastica in Trieste. Unfortunately, there is no outdoor garden/deck for the nice season. Inside, the venue is very pleasant, with a typical pub-brewery-sandwich shop style, but the tables are a bit cramped. When the place is crowded, as we experienced, it can get a bit hot and noisy. MENU: 5.5 (8 for beers) The selection of beers is very interesting: there is a great choice of both bottled and draft beers, really good. The sandwiches, on the other hand, didn’t seem anything special. The salmon burger sandwich is a typical example of good ideas that fail in realization: although it appears unique and interesting on the menu, the wasabi mayo ends up being spread too liberally, overshadowing the other flavors. What a pity. The crepes have a really thick batter and are nothing special; they seemed more like omelets... SERVICE: 8 The staff is kind, helpful, friendly, and attentive to the needs of gluten- and lactose-intolerant people. BILL: 5 The bill seems a bit steep considering it was not a memorable experience for us.

5 stars for the average of the venue, menu choice, and beers, very courteous and available service. Not overly large, it's comfortable, and good music can be heard. I had local beers, including one for celiacs. Care is taken in the menu for celiacs. Highly recommended.
