During our stay in Trieste, we were looking for a place where we could have gluten-free breakfast. Here I found cupcake heaven and more. I tried a crazy triple chocolate cupcake, a buckwheat cookie with orange jam (never tried before but it really impressed me), and the brownies. Everything was really excellent! The fruit juice was also very good and I appreciated the variety of teas and infusions available. Truly compliments, especially for the very friendly and warm service.

I only knew Ginger through my son's reviews, who has been studying and living in Trieste for several months. Finally, at the beginning of May, I had the chance to visit for a few days, and a stop at this beautiful tea-coffee and cupcakery was a must. Moreover, since I also needed to stick to a gluten-free diet, here we were able to taste some truly exquisite sweets. I hope we can sit inside again soon because the atmosphere is really pleasant. Furthermore, if I can return to Trieste in autumn, I won't be able to resist trying their teas, as they have a truly rich selection.
