TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. HIGH RISK. BE CAREFUL. We were at the venue tonight, as it was recommended by the Gluto App, which we have always trusted blindly. The person who was with me is celiac, which was indicated in the reservation and communicated over the phone. We arrived at the table, sat down, and reminded the waiter that the person seated is celiac. This was reiterated more than three times. Goulash was ordered, and we asked multiple times if it was gluten-free; we were told everything was okay, and after about 30 minutes, it arrived at the table: we waited for the staff and asked if the dish was gluten-free, and the waiter had doubts and went to ask in the kitchen. In the end, the dish was not gluten-free. They offered us something else, apologizing. What happened is very serious, and above all, beyond the apologies, I would have expected a discount on the cost of the dinner, which did not happen. I reiterated several times to the waiter that what happened was very serious; apologies are useless when the customers are the ones feeling unwell. Not recommended, absolutely. Terrible experience!

Even though it is not in the Aic circuit, they are informed, very careful and attentive. I dined with my wife who is celiac and lactose intolerant. We had a fish-based dinner, everything was very good and fresh. Prices are average, and since we have two small dogs, they brought them a bowl of fresh water. Highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of dining for two evenings at the Malcanton hosteria and I must say that the experience was impeccable in every way. The owner’s availability was evident: welcoming and ready to meet every request with courtesy and professionalism. One aspect I particularly appreciated was the attention given to people with food intolerances. The staff, very courteous, is well-informed and willing to suggest alternatives, ensuring a safe and pleasant dining experience. And then, of course, the dishes: simply delicious! Quality ingredients, balanced flavors, and careful presentations make every dish a true pleasure for the palate.
