Pizza made with a very good artisanal base, very similar to pizza for non-celiacs. I had a margherita with Venetian soppressata; perhaps the ingredients weren't very flavorful, but overall I would give it a solid 7! There's also the option to pair everything with gluten-free beer! 😃

good pizza, but some negative points: - the dough is frozen (not from a supermarket, but from a bakery) - the extra charge costs €3.5, which is really overpriced for me. anyway, good and digestible pizza
