I celebrated my 30th birthday at Radis: the staff immediately made an effort to accommodate me both in terms of the menu (various allergies and food intolerances) and in terms of the room setup. I was able to implement my idea and was very satisfied with the final result. We had a wonderful evening accompanied by simple yet amazing dishes that impressed all the guests. I certainly recommend everyone to try Radis at least once (I'm sure you'll want to return) for its excellent quality dishes that are never ordinary and to spend time in a cozy and quiet location. It is difficult to find the right words to describe yet another exceptional experience we had at Radis in San Prisco. Gabriele and Anisa not only welcomed us warmly but also transformed a simple dinner into an unforgettable moment. Their modern trattoria is an oasis of taste and originality, where quality reigns supreme. Opting for a personalized menu to celebrate my boyfriend's surprise birthday, we were literally captivated by an extraordinary culinary journey. Our satisfaction was further enhanced by their attentive consideration of my dietary needs, ensuring to include gluten-free and lactose-free options for me, as I am intolerant. The seafood gastronomic journey began with a 3-course appetizer that delighted us with its freshness and mastery in preparation. We continued with a menu that, from the first course to dessert, was a triumph of flavors and simple yet unexpected pairings, all distinguished by excellence and creativity. We had: Marinated salmon with peaches, seafood salad and strawberries, Bao with octopus in sauce Seafood risotto with beetroot Gilt-head bream with chicory and confit tomatoes Vanilla semifreddo with salted caramel sauce. But what truly made our evening special was the discreet yet caring attention from Anisa, Gabriele, and their staff. We felt pampered and cared for at every moment, without ever being intruded upon in our intimacy. The enchanting room where we dined added a touch of magic to the already perfect atmosphere (also aided by the sound-absorbing panels on the ceiling that filter the chatter of other customers), making us feel at home, yet with a touch of sophistication and style. In conclusion, Radis Restaurant is much more than just a place to eat: it is a culinary and relaxing experience that will remain etched in our hearts and taste buds for a long time. We can't wait to return and relive this wonder as soon as possible. Thank you, Gabriele, Anisa, and all the staff, for making Zac's birthday unique!
