Friendly and helpful staff in giving advice on gluten-free options. However, there was a "serious mistake" in the dessert choice. I was recommended gluten-free mascarpone cream with strawberries... only to realize that it had a base of sponge cake which obviously contains gluten after the second spoonful. They replaced it with a custard cream (I don't remember which) with strawberries. After a small taste, I doubt it's gluten-free so I pass it to my companion. Cautious, yes, but not everyone!! I don't know if I will return!!

Highly trained staff, excellent dishes, and maximum attention. I had to ask twice if the dishes were gluten-free since they looked identical to the other dishes. Truly a lot of attention and high-level cuisine, congratulations! 😊

I regularly come for dinner to this place because the staff is meticulous and they always have a good selection of gluten-free options on their menu. You don't always find the same dishes because the menu varies, but if you find the octopus sandwich in the GF version, don't let it pass you by!

I had dinner with two friends and we can only consider ourselves more than satisfied. Very professional and friendly waiters, the food is spectacular. I have eaten in various places around Tuscany and without a doubt this is one of the best. Furthermore, I also recommend it to those, like me, who are celiac: fresh (gluten-free) pasta made by them and they manage to adapt almost every dish, it’s hard to find all this in a restaurant. Honest price and nice atmosphere, if you pass through Siena you must try it.

The best restaurant in Siena, I only say FRESH HOME-MADE GLUTEN-FREE PASTA!!! Even in restaurants that specialize in it, they don’t make it fresh. Needless to say it was delicious, as were the main courses. Highly recommended for all omnivores, vegetarians, and those with celiac disease!!

Locale in Piazza del Sale, very close to the center of Siena and easily reachable. Small, with a refined and welcoming style, perfect for a romantic evening. During the nice season, it is possible to sit outside to eat as well. Friendly and nice staff, very approachable and available, well-prepared in presenting and describing the menu and helping to choose the dishes most suitable for us (despite food intolerances/allergies, everyone was able to eat everything with a few small modifications). Menu of excellent quality with a price appropriate to the venue and what is offered. Recommended!
