Given the great reviews, I expected to find more choice for breakfast; instead, I was only offered packaged single-serve cookies... quite disappointed.

In this place, we ate some delicious gluten-free arancine, which they make fresh by reservation. They also make cakes and individual-sized pastries; we tried the seven layers gluten-free cake, and it was exquisite. They are very attentive to contamination, having a small separate lab where they make gluten-free items. The ice cream is also gluten-free, and they have individually packaged cones and brioche.

If you find yourself in Marsala, I recommend a stop at Vito bar/pastry shop to try their delicacies. Everything is very tasty from sweet to savory, and reasonably priced. Table service is discreet, regardless of whether it’s busy or not; not very quick, but they will serve you. The venue is spacious with various rooms (restaurant, pizzeria, bar), with covered tables inside and outside; tidy, clean, and well-maintained. Here you can also find a selection of gluten-free sweets. The coffee is excellent.

You enter and joy comes to you as you look at those showcase windows filled with everything from savory to sweet, perfectly arranged and spotless. Then the most beautiful thing is seeing a fridge full of gluten-free desserts at the same price as gluten desserts. Thank you so much for thinking of us celiacs and especially for understanding that this is not a trend but a necessity, and I realized this from the prices that are not inflated just because they are gluten-free. 🥰
