Overall a positive experience. The reservation time was respected despite the place being quite crowded. The open kitchen was nice, showcasing various types of pasta that can be tasted. The parmesan was good, and the tagliolini in parmesan cream with culatello were spectacular, as were the stuffed veal tips (though it’s unclear what they were filled with), while the chocolate tart (without warm heart, but that wasn’t mentioned) was a bit bland. Service was more welcoming from some, but colder from others. The restrooms need a review and an update (old, cold water…). Payment with card was OK. No cellular coverage, but the WiFi of the place was available. Cover charge of €3 included bread, but it’s not very nice that a celiac has to pay extra for gluten-free bread (so, the cover charge should be lowered for celiacs). Still recommended! 😉
