The best sushi I have ever tried in Sardinia. A small, tidy, and clean place, friendly and welcoming staff (the waitress is super sweet), menu only à la carte but I think it's necessary given the quality of the fish. I have eaten here several times, brought friends and relatives, and they have all been thrilled. The raw salmon is extremely fresh. I recommend trying the rolls with amberjack, the spicy rolls, the purple shrimp tartare, and all the raw dishes in general. The Sardinian gyozas should definitely be tried as well. They also have desserts, and we were told they are lactose-free and gluten-free, but ask just to be sure. Average price per person, I think from 30 to 40€ including drinks, but it depends on what and how much you eat. If you're looking for quality sushi, this is the right place. ❤️
