'Al Ponte' is a charming bar in the historic center, ideal for breakfast with artisanal packaged products and giant croissants. Also appreciated for generous aperitifs and delicious truffle bruschetta.

The owner is celiac, friendly, and attentive. I went for an aperitif, which was good and abundant! Truffle bruschetta was top-notch.

We had lunch at the Alponte restaurant in Gubbio and the experience was truly delightful. There were five of us and one of us is celiac: this is exactly why we chose this place, and we can say that the choice proved to be perfect. The restaurant is centrally located, very easy to reach without having to deal with slopes. The atmosphere is well-kept and welcoming, with an ambiance that immediately puts you at ease. The staff were exceptionally kind: polite, attentive, and available, always with a smile. Truly impeccable service. The food was excellent in every respect: special mention goes to the cresce, a typical dish from the area, prepared excellently. The meat platter was also abundant and of high quality. Everything was served with care and in a timely manner. A place that combines taste, tradition, and hospitality: absolutely recommended for anyone in Gubbio!

We were looking for a place to have a gluten-free aperitif. And, oddly enough, in Gubbio, unlike other cities, it’s right in the center. Additionally, it’s AIC certified. Abundant charcuterie board with crescia, even gluten-free. Excellent! Well done, girls!!!
