The restaurant "Roma in Bocca" offers excellent gluten-free cuisine with a wide and varied menu, including pasta, pizza, and excellent appetizers. The venue is nice and well-kept, the staff is very friendly, and the portions are generous. Recommended for a pleasant gluten-free experience in Rome.

absolutely delicious food, especially the picci all'amatriciana and oven-baked potatoes, obviously gluten-free. Professional staff, highly recommended, and especially registered with AIC.

Due to my wife and daughter's celiac disease and the relative proximity of this place to my home, I find myself coming here quite frequently. However, every time with this restaurant, I always encounter the same problem: I order a delicious dish, but then at the nearby tables, other dishes arrive that smell and look just as tempting!

Good, but I will try again to get confirmation because at the moment it didn't seem too exciting, but I believe it was the evening. Overall, it's very good both for the kitchen and the pizzeria, recommended! I will return to try again. I give it 3 stars but hope it can improve.

A dinner to forget. Cold suppli. They didn't specify which bread is gluten-free or not.. poorly cut tartare with aged pecorino. Tagliatelle with mushrooms to forget, soaked in oil and flavorless.. the end? My sister was sick all night with severe abdominal pain and vomited the meat and pasta… for heaven's sake! Never again. Also careless with the gluten-free food treatment… I am attaching a photo of the pasta soaked in oil!

Unforgettable dinner. Cold suppli. They did not specify which bread is gluten-free or not.. poorly cut tartare with aged pecorino. Mushroom tagliatelle to forget, soaked in oil and tasteless.. the finale? My sister was sick all night with severe abdominal pain and vomited the meat and pasta… for goodness' sake! Never again. Little care also in handling gluten-free food… attaching a photo of the pasta soaked in oil!

Food is always very good, service is always very slow even on a Tuesday lunch with a total of 6 covers... generally we always go willingly but we know we have to take it easy. The basket of homemade bread is a real gem! 🥰

The gluten-free offer is very wide, from appetizers to desserts (including pizza) as the venue is AIC certified. A bit disappointing was the "sbriciolata": a lot of chantilly cream with perhaps a crumbly cookie on top and at the bottom... What a shame.

I chose this restaurant convinced by the many positive reviews, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a big disappointment. The service was incredibly slow; we waited about two hours for the first courses, and in the end, it was clear that they had forgotten to prepare the dishes for some diners. I would have gladly forgiven the wait if the dishes had lived up to expectations, but unfortunately, that was not the case: my Jewish-style artichoke was just adequate, and the amatriciana was one of the worst I've ever had in Rome. A bad day can happen to anyone, but I definitely won't be returning.

During my trip to Rome, I looked for a restaurant in the area that served gluten-free food. Roma in bocca was a pleasant discovery. The staff was friendly and professional, and the food was excellent both gluten-free and regular. The establishment is AIC certified with a separate kitchen. The words "the entire menu can be made gluten-free and lactose-free" almost moved me! 😂 The gluten-free supplì and pizza were great. Also, the surcharge for the gluten-free pizza is zero, and for the lactose-free supplì, it's only 0.50 cents. The only note is that the ambiance is a bit dark. Highly recommend it.

I should mention that I recently discovered my intolerances to gluten and lactose. It's needless to say that the diet I was used to has given way to many sacrifices. This restaurant, in addition to gluten and lactose, also says no to compromises, standing out as a restaurant that is both exceptional and, above all, without renunciations. Roman cuisine that is gluten and lactose-free, at an affordable cost, with proper portions and a location that celebrates Rome and Romanity. You can tell the care they've put into the place and the kitchen, born from needs like mine and those of many others. A spotless and refined environment, suitable for business lunches, family dinners, and romantic moments. I know you will read this, so thank you very much to those like you who offer us these small moments of culinary normality out of pure passion and not just for profit.

New and well-organized venue. The service is attentive and very kind. They have a wide selection of food, including very good options for celiacs. Good choice of wines. Prices are reasonable. I recommend it.

I've been coming to this restaurant for years, even though I'm not from Rome; I often come here on purpose. It's not located in the center, so parking is easy to find, even right in front of the restaurant itself. Typical Roman cuisine, and every dish is exquisite; you won't regret any choice you make from the menu. The staff is kind and have also accommodated small requests. What’s no less important, every dish has a gluten-free option from appetizers to desserts. Since celiac disease is a rather delicate condition that makes those who live with it uncomfortable, this restaurant is perfect because, in addition to having the utmost attention and the AIC certification, the dishes are delicious even without gluten (words from my celiac husband). In the photos, the gluten-free dishes are the ones with the little flag.

Great offer, good food, and excellent quality. The gf bread is made by them.

Advice for Celicaci (gluten-free menu) I have been there several times before reviewing. Both the pizza and the restaurant dishes, including desserts, are good. The food is excellent and the ingredients are of quality. The staff is kind and professional. They know their menu and the composition of their dishes well. I also appreciated the division of workspaces with separate environments between classic and gluten-free kitchens. I found no negative notes. RECOMMENDED.

Gluten-free pasta and pizza, all very good

Great gluten-free cuisine, the menu is very extensive and everything is available in gluten-free version. The carbonara was really good. I will definitely return to try the pizza.

Some time ago I tried it for dinner with friends, now it’s a takeaway pizzeria. What can I say...great job! The dough was good and easy to digest, everyone liked it. My gluten-free pizza was delicious, not everyone achieves such a result. Everything was topped off with impeccable punctuality. Well done guys! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Delicious food, kind staff, and a lot of friendliness. I highly recommend.

Excellent cuisine with particular attention to 'gluten-free.' Pizza, fried foods, and cooked dishes are also available 'gluten-free.' Moreover, the staff is courteous and attentive to customer needs. A pleasant discovery in the Eastern quadrant of the Capital. Recommended.

Elegant location, cordial and caring staff. Excellent gluten-free fried foods and pizza; the quality of the raw materials and the very long fermentation make the taste experience captivating. What can I say about the desserts, simply sublime!

Great restaurant, quality and organic menu. Excellent choice for gluten-free. Friendly and professional service. Highly recommended for lunch or dinner.

A quiet place but above all, the food is great. For gluten-free options, it's a delight. Thank you for your tenacity and courage to be here.

Very good dishes, professional and friendly staff. We had lunch with my wife who is celiac, and everything was excellent. The bill was great too.

A very nice place away from the center and the chaos of Rome, the dishes are excellent and plentiful. The wait times for a table are definitely long, but the friendliness and welcome of the restaurateurs help to add that little something extra to a gluten-free pizzeria/restaurant. I must say that all in all, the food is not bad.

Roman trattoria with pizzeria. Always a wide and varied menu (always featuring "off-menu" items that change regularly). The place is not very big; for this reason, I recommend booking especially if the table is large. Double kitchen certified AIC: here, celiacs can eat safely. And their dishes are of good quality too. On some occasions, the service has not been impeccable, but with great kindness and preparation, they have always managed to resolve problems and inconveniences.

Known by chance while we were wandering around those areas. Very friendly and nice staff. Exclusive appetizers and excellent, abundant first courses. You can also eat pizza and many gluten-free options. Honest prices. Definitely worth recommending.

To let my partner taste more things, we opted for a completely gluten-free dinner. The fried foods were a show, tasty and crunchy. The pizza was good and the calzone delicious. The staff was attentive and meticulous as well as very kind. I will definitely return.
