We ordered takeout for the first time because Sunday was my son's birthday and we needed gluten-free for 2 people. What can I say, everything was perfect even in the delivery. It was right on time. They also treated us to a supplì which was greatly appreciated. And I assure you that even though it was cold (eaten later for obvious reasons of party organization) the batter was very crunchy. When something is fried well, you can tell. For us, it remains one of our favorite places forever :-)

The best gluten-free dough I've tried so far. It resembles a normal pizza dough. They are also very careful with lactose-free options. I found the supplì (I tried the pumpkin and stracchino ones) amazing, also gluten-free and lactose-free (and I'm generally not a fan of supplì). The owner and the girl who attends to the tables are wonderfully kind and attentive. Well done! Truly a surprise.

We showed up last minute without a reservation, and the team couldn’t have been more accommodating! They found us a table right away and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The service was warm and attentive, and the food was absolutely fantastic — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. They also were incredibly attentive and made sure to accommodate all of our gluten-free and dairy-free precautions without missing a beat. We really appreciated how gracious they were, even with a busy crowd. Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to!

Before writing a review, I came here twice to make sure I wasn't dreaming. I must say that being Neapolitan, Roman pizza has never attracted me, but this... is a delight! For those who are celiac and/or lactose intolerant, this is a place to remember and return often, knowing you can have a good, safe, light pizza at a fair price - in the photo, a margherita and the pizza with nduja, highly recommended. There is also a list of fried items and dedicated desserts - the gluten-free and lactose-free cheesecake is something truly delicious to end the evening! To satisfy your pizza craving, I highly recommend this restaurant, where the extremely knowledgeable and kind staff will make your evening unique every time.

The venue has no parking (and is located behind the municipal headquarters on Via Macedonia) or outdoor tables. The staff is very courteous, gluten-free pizza is just so-so, the bruschetta are very thin (less than a cm) and small, the fries from the pizza menu are about 10, good supplì and croquettes. The total is about €25 with a cola zero.

Pizzeria for celiacs and non-celiacs... Excellent fried foods with a light frying, Amazing pizzas for celiacs, using special homemade flours... 'Normal' pizzas are also excellent, made with special flours... All Roman pizzas. Excellent desserts. Fast, kind, and professional service. The prices are fair. It is preferable to book in advance. Finally, my favorite gluten-free restaurant has reopened... where tonight I was able to savor one of the best and most delicious pizzas (Revisited Vegetarian) I have ever eaten, accompanied by other delicious fried items (supplì and original pasta) and many tasty desserts. Perhaps due to professional deformation, but as a food psychologist, I admit that in many dishes you have added a true sensory explosion. Congratulations! 💯

Every time we go to eat pizza in this place, we are always super satisfied🍕. There is a lot of choice, both in fried dishes and pizzas (but also in first courses), dishes are always well presented and, above all, good. It’s very positive to have the gluten-free/lactose-free options available, so that we can also accommodate those with these issues. The staff is super friendly👌✅ and the prices are average💲.

Recently opened, spacious venue with a dedicated kitchen for Gluten-free preparations. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The supplì with artichoke, pecorino, and guanciale was excellent, with a crunchy coating and light batter for the zucchini flower. I tried the vegetarian pizza and the lime pinsa, the latter being very delicate! The beer was great! I didn't try the desserts because I was full, so I'll be back 😉
