perfect for those with celiac disease, the entire menu has its gluten-free option. I had the pizza, it wasn't bad, but maybe a bit too heavy for my taste. Very nice and helpful staff!

It is not common to find an AIC certified restaurant that has a gluten-free menu identical to the standard menu... Veliero has it! The place is quite basic but welcoming, the staff is very kind and helpful, the service is quick, and the prices are reasonable. The owner is Calabrian, so temper your expectations regarding traditionally Roman dishes. A special mention for the fresh gluten-free bread: simply exceptional!
