There are very particular flavors (e.g., lavender, ginger, licorice, etc.) and the ice cream is very good. For those with celiac disease, during the summer months, not all flavors may be available because the ice cream is taken from a new tub that has never been used; aside from this, I recommend it!!

A true, intense, and authentic gelato! Every flavor speaks volumes: quality raw materials and sincere, unartificial tastes. Creative choices, both traditional and modern, all prepared with passion. The attention to dietary needs is evident: you’ll find vegan, lactose-free, and gluten-free options clearly marked and supported by knowledgeable and transparent staff. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five deserved stars unanimously.

I had the pleasure of visiting Gelateria Carapine and the experience was truly remarkable. As soon as I entered, I was struck by the atmosphere: a mix of modern and traditional, with pastel colors and an intoxicating scent of fresh fruit and chocolate. The counter was an explosion of colors, with about 40 well-presented flavors, each with a small label describing the main ingredients. I really appreciated the presence of various options for intolerances, with vegan and lactose-free flavors clearly indicated. I decided to try a medium cone with two flavors: The pistachio was something exceptional. It wasn't the usual bright green, artificial pistachio often found, but a softer hue, a sign of its naturalness. The flavor was intense, authentic, with that slight roasting making it unmistakable. You could distinctly taste the pistachio pieces, which added a pleasant texture. The chocolate gelato, on the other hand, was a delight. It wasn't overly sweet, allowing the other flavors to emerge. The texture of the gelato in general was perfect: not too icy, not too soft, melting slowly in the mouth. The service was impeccable. The girl behind the counter was smiling, patient, and very willing to describe the flavors and suggest pairings. Despite a bit of a queue, the wait was minimal and the efficiency was admirable. The price (€3.50 for the medium cone) is absolutely justified by the quality of the ingredients and the overall experience. They also have a small area with outdoor tables, perfect for enjoying gelato in peace. In conclusion, Gelateria Carapine is a true gem. The attention to detail, the quality of the raw materials, and the passion that can be felt in every scoop make it a must-visit for lovers of good artisanal gelato. I will definitely be back to try the other flavors!
