A very welcoming pizzeria that offers a varied menu with many different flavors, and especially with the possibility of a dreamy gluten-free dough, prepared directly by the owner. Richly topped and crispy pizza, yet light and easily digestible. At dinner with my wife, we had both a normal pizza and a gluten-free one, and we were both extremely satisfied. We highly recommend trying this place because we will definitely return.

The gluten-free pizza dough wasn’t great, but the staff was very friendly and super attentive to allergies and intolerances. Maybe too much, as we were not served ice cream because they said it contained gluten. Ice cream usually doesn’t contain gluten (unless you choose flavors like cakes, cookies, tiramisu, etc.), so I don’t understand the reason. They gave us a table outside, which wasn’t the best since it was on a street where cars were passing by, although there were few, so we would have preferred to eat inside. The price was good, and they do not charge extra for gluten-free pizzas.

Kindness, simplicity, and goodness are the ingredients of the pizzeria L'albero del pane, which aims to make you feel at home. A variety of pizzas for all tastes, also available gluten-free (except for the one with French fries). Excellent value for money. The cake with pastry cream (gluten-free) is delicious. The politeness of the staff is a quality that makes the evening even more enjoyable. We had ordered two fried pizzas that unfortunately were not available, so we had to opt for something else. But we really appreciated that, at the end of the evening, the owner apologized for the incident, demonstrating professionalism and attention to the customer. We will definitely return.
