Good restaurant with typical Umbrian dishes. For appetizers, quite simple. I enjoyed typical Umbrian first courses, including those with truffle, and the option for gluten-free pasta. For the main course, I ordered lamb with porcini mushrooms, but I didn't like the quality of the meat and the stew cut; the sauce covered the flavor of the meat. For wine, I ordered some very good Umbrian red wines, particularly the Sagrantino. For digestifs, there was limited choice. The location is quite isolated and far from the historic center, with a very simple style, perhaps a bit outdated and in need of a furniture update. Friendly staff. Prices are average. Overall, I didn't prefer it, but it was still frequented by families and the dining room was full.
