good pizza, alternative for celiacs.

Food without great pretensions. Chickpea pancake in the average range, slightly anemic. Gluten-free pizza with subpar dough and notably raw despite the second request for cooking. Careless service and disorganized staff. Terrible experience, judge for yourselves from the photos (in order: chickpea pancake, gluten-free pizza dough, below gluten-free pizza).

Exceptional pizza even without gluten, precise, friendly, and fast service. The best place for quality pizza at affordable prices.

It's a historic venue in Turin and I had never been there! In summer, you can eat outside, especially since the street has limited traffic. The farinata is thin and crispy, the pizza is made in different versions: in a pan, traditional, and gluten-free for celiacs. The two times I went, there were a lot of people, but the very kind staff managed everything with kindness and efficiency. The prices are reasonable and the pizza is delicious. I'll definitely be going back!

A unique experience, lightning-fast service, attentive, courteous, and hospitable like never seen before. The organization for managing the seating was impeccable. The pizza was delicious from the dough to the toppings, but what stunned me was the best farinata I've ever had!!! What more to say, try it, no one will leave Poldo disappointed, not even those with celiac disease or who are vegan. To top it all off, the prices are very affordable, the kind you don't have to sell a kidney to pay for dinner. Thank you Poldo!!

I have to say that the pizza in the pan was really good and also digestible. It's interesting that it comes in different types of dough, even gluten-free. We sat outside in the pedestrian area with friends. The staff was informal, not very professional.

Without a doubt, the best pan pizza and farinata in Borgo San Paolo. The owners are absolutely delightful people... just like the product of their oven. Great selection, including whole grain and gluten-free options. It’s always packed due to its excellent reputation over time, but the service staff is quick, kind, and efficient, and table turnover is always quite fast. In summer, the large outdoor space in the pedestrian area fills up with tables, so you can eat outside without the exhaust fumes of cars in your face. Prices are absolutely reasonable. Quality is absolutely top-notch. Highly recommended.

Great experience that everyone should have! We have known Poldo for decades and he has never let us down. Outdoor seating in a little square for a nice cool evening. Excellent pizzas with various types of flour and even gluten-free options. Delicious farinata. Light beer and the possibility of other foods with a good selection. Average prices. Dogs are allowed. ...so...what are you waiting for? ;-)
