A very nice venue, basement but extremely airy and well-furnished so as not to make it feel closed off. Those who, like me, cannot sit with their back to the room because they need to look around and distract themselves will feel satisfied even when facing the wall, given the variety of decorations and details :) The cocktail menu looks like a contemporary art gallery, featuring only original mixes with house-infused ingredients, at the reasonable price of €9 (if you think this is too much because you enjoy diluted gin and tonic for €6, then change venues). The guys at the bar are super nice, extremely trained, and attentive to customers' needs. The apericena formula costs €15 and includes a drink; the little dish that is served is interesting and filling for the average person. The only downside is the snack menu for additional orders, which was rather sparse (5 proposals, not particularly appealing). A point of praise goes to the floor manager, who asked about allergies before bringing the dishes, and when we mentioned peppers, asked if the issue was the specific protein, as it is traceable in the brand of mayonnaise served. I saw gluten-free options being brought to other tables.

The proposals are refined and completely different from the usual apericenas found around. The place is intimate and well-kept, with a prepared and very helpful staff. The owner, with whom we had the chance to chat, is really an elegant and refined person. I recommend trying it, perhaps better with a reservation!
