I am celiac and this was my grandfather's restaurant, which he was very attentive to. Then when the manager changed, he continued to help there for a while, but when he stopped working there, the first time I went, I felt unwell.

As someone with celiac disease, I can assure you that the pizza is the best I have ever eaten. For those without celiac disease, the same applies. The place is spotless with very kind staff. The polenta (not on the menu) with sausage was a pleasant surprise, delicate yet flavorful at the same time.
