I went there out of curiosity, Matteo is very nice, friendly, and attentive to the customer. Personally, I tried pittule, pizza, puccia with olives, and pasticciotto, and everything was exceptional. They have a wide selection of cookies, friselle, taralli, and bread, and it's all exclusively gluten-free 🥰 a joy for the palate and intestines. I will return to stock up on dry goods.

Clean and welcoming place. Both the sweet and savory dishes were excellent; I recommend going there. Personally, I was half an hour away by car on vacation, but I made the trip with pleasure, especially because the staff were friendly and took good care of me, which is no small thing for someone with celiac disease.

A beautiful bakery in Casarano completely gluten-free. I tried the calzone, the puccia with olives, the pasticciotti, and the pitteddhe. The calzone and puccia stayed soft all day and maintained a delicious taste. Highly recommended are the pitteddhe with grapes. The staff is kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable.

A small, charming, and tidy artisanal laboratory with excellent gluten-free products in Casarano. Already at the entrance, the scent is very inviting. I tasted some excellent cream pasticciotti with a dough that truly deserves it, just like the cream. Croissants are also available, filled on the spot. The alveolation of the croissant is truly remarkable, something you hardly find elsewhere. A special mention also for the puccia with olives. What can I say! I also appreciate the kindness of the owners and the products at honest prices. Keep it up, and if I have the pleasure of returning to vacation in Salento, I will definitely come to visit you again! We went to Slurp on the recommendation of a friend and tried the croissants, pasticciotti, focacce, bread, and strudel. All the products are of the highest quality. I had never tried croissants this good. Congratulations! Keep it up 🙌

SPEECHLESS!!! I ate a cream pastry and some focaccia that I shared with my non-celiac children, and they also confirmed that everything was delicious! It's a shame I discovered it on the last day before returning to Milan. In October, I will definitely place some orders. Very helpful and kind staff... congratulations!

During my vacation in Puglia, I visited the artisan workshop and was thrilled by it. The pasticciotto was fantastic, but so were all the other products. The young man who welcomed and advised me was very kind. I will return soon!

We have been to this delightful place in Casarano three times. Between sweet and savory, you can find Apulian pasticciotti, (atomic) tarts, empty or filled cornetti with various creams including pistachio, vegan Nutella, and jam, the typical barese focaccia, pizzette, and stuffed calzones. You will encounter all the flavors of local typical products made to perfection in a totally GLUTEN FREE version. Everything is accompanied by the kindness and expertise of the hosts Shelby and Matteo, who with their smile and good heart add real value to the place. Highly recommended!!

On vacation in Porto Cesareo, I found this fantastic gluten-free laboratory. Curious, I stopped by to buy some products to try. The cream pasticciotto was superb... excellent pastry and exquisite cream. Pucce with olives were equally good. There is also the option to have the products shipped. Very kind and helpful staff. Recommended for all people with intolerances.

Hello to all the celiacs! If you are in Salento, in the area of Marina di Mancaversa, Taviano, or Gallipoli, you absolutely have to go there! A laboratory all gluten-free: bread, pizza (even stuffed), pucce, pasticciotti with cream (typical of Salento), super empty croissants, and many packaged cookies! Really low prices! It is located in Casarano!
