Great pizzeria located in Rosignano Marittimo where you can find a huge variety of options and dough. In this place, you can also taste dough with sourdough and gluten-free wholemeal. Service is prompt and carried out with the utmost speed and absolute kindness. Prices slightly above average. I recommend it.

Truly delicious, the best gluten-free pizza I have ever eaten. Moreover, the staff is extremely friendly and very quick in service (for example, I arrived at around 9 PM and by about 10 PM, I had already finished dinner). Prices are more than fair and there is also a wide variety of pizza choices.

Three years ago I gave it 5 stars... the last time two weeks ago I was disappointed by the gluten-free pizza which I am sure is no longer artisanal... it seems, or is, a ready-made base filled like those from non-certified pizzerias. I'm very sorry on behalf of my daughter who also got sick.. it was the best pizza in the province but honestly now it has neither the appearance nor the taste of those made by the pizzaiolo... the bases perhaps cost less

A small but very nice place. The manager and staff are friendly and welcoming. The pizzas, for which they have a wide selection, including different crusts, are really excellent. They also have well-made and delicious gluten-free pizza. Prices are above average, but the quality is worth it. Highly recommended without a doubt.

We went to dinner for Ferragosto, there were 12 of us and we were served quite quickly despite the place being full. The staff and the owner were very kind. The pizza was exceptional! Even the gluten-free option was very good... I recommend it!!

Great pizzas despite being cooked in an electric oven, and the owner is very attentive and present. It's worth noting the possibility of having pizzas with "alternative" flours and gluten-free options. The only drawbacks are the small sizes and the layout of the place, which creates incredible noise even with just a few tables occupied. The other is the electric oven instead of a wood-fired one. But still, the pizzas are excellent.
