I ate here on August 6, 2025, and I highly recommend it. - AIC certified establishment with separate kitchen: many gluten-free alternatives among pizzas, Neapolitan specialties, and desserts. - Very kind, helpful, and friendly staff. - I personally had a panuozzo, and it was very good: between the dough, perfect cooking, and abundant filling, I was pleasantly surprised (especially since I had never eaten it before). - Excellent value for money, overall very affordable.

Attentive staff for gluten-free, but the pizza could be improved.. overall they offer various gluten-free options and the service is knowledgeable.

From the appetizer to the dessert, including beer, everything gluten-free. Everything is delicious! You can choose between 2 types of dough and fill them with many flavors. They have a dedicated area with an oven for gluten-free items. They are certified by A.I.C. Highly recommended!

A true discovery! Never seen such a wide selection of pizzas! All with a gluten-free option, prepared in a separate area with a dedicated oven. Gluten-free appetizers and fried items are also available, and the owners are always looking for innovation. Part of the AIC circuit, they put all their effort into making everyone feel at home!

We went to this pizzeria to try the gluten-free pizza, as my wife is celiac, and we were pleasantly surprised. The pizza is just as good as a traditional one; you can't feel the difference. The base is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, and you can fill it with a wide variety of flavors. Highly recommended. Moreover, there are also gluten-free desserts, which we didn't try. For traditional pizzas, the pizza is Neapolitan-style, good when freshly baked but becomes slightly chewy when it cools down. However, I appreciated the quality of the ingredients used and the wide selection offered. The pizza isn't cheap, but I think the price is in line with the quality ingredients used. Definitely worth trying again.
