Courteous service, the waiters are very kind, they offered Schär crackers as "bread" and my daughter (celiac) enjoyed delicious risotto without any problems. The atmosphere is unique.

We were at this restaurant a few days ago and, unfortunately, the experience was definitely disappointing in many aspects. We had booked in advance, kindly asking for a table with a view, but upon our arrival, they tried to seat us behind a curtain, without any explanation or consideration for our request. We had to insist to get a more suitable table, but the initial welcome was anything but pleasant. Moreover, having a lactose intolerance, I found myself in great difficulty: the menu offers very few suitable alternatives, both among starters and in the first and second courses. Among the first courses, the only possible option was a kind of eggplant parmesan. When we asked for information or alternatives, the staff displayed an annoyed and irritated attitude, as if it was a bother to answer questions about ingredients and intolerances. As if that weren't enough, we were served herb butter at the table, completely unsuitable for those who are lactose intolerant, without any attention or prior inquiry. A detail that shows a lack of care for the dietary needs of customers. Regarding drinks, we ordered two glasses of wine and a bottle of water: the water never arrived and the wine glasses were poor both in quantity and perceived quality. In summary, an unwelcoming service, little attention to specific requests, and an overall management that leaves a lot to be desired. It's a shame because the place has potential, but we will not return and would not recommend it, especially to those with food intolerances or those seeking a curated experience.
