Artisanal food of their own production (they also have a retail shop) typical of the mountains. I have been going to them for many years because we are always in the area on vacation, and I have always noticed that they are full of gluten-free customers – myself included! They always indicate what on the menu has a risk of contamination (which they cannot guarantee 100%) but they are very attentive, I have always felt good and have always eaten well, genuine and safe. Added to all this is the spectacular view and air of our Dolomites... for me, a must!
