If you pass by Locorotondo, I recommend stopping at this place; the kindness of the staff and the quality of the products are a perfect match. You are welcomed with gluten-free bread and local olive oil, and there is a possibility of having gluten-free bombette (meat rolls), everything is excellent! Highly recommended.

We were in Locorotondo for work, on the occasion of the preview of the Christmas light installations, and after an intense day, we decided to stop for dinner at Rosone. It was a perfect choice. The restaurant is located in the heart of the historic center and already from the outside, with the lit streets and the Christmas atmosphere beginning to take shape, we were enchanted. The place is truly evocative, well-kept, and welcoming, ideal for a dinner for two. The staff welcomed us with great kindness and professionalism: always present, never intrusive, and very prepared to handle specific requests. One detail we greatly appreciated is their attention to gluten-free options: not just adapted choices, but dishes thoughtfully and carefully prepared. The service was quick, the owner very warm, and the quality-price ratio more than honest, especially considering the location and the level of the cuisine. The olive oil served as a welcome is a small gesture that already tells a lot about the philosophy of the place: authenticity and attention to detail. Ultimately, our dinner at Rosone was one of the most enjoyable moments of the evening, perfectly set in the magic of the lights that were starting to illuminate the village. A restaurant we recommend without hesitation, especially to those looking for an excellent experience even without gluten.

Recommended restaurant with a menu attentive to gluten-free options and the needs of celiacs. Very kind and knowledgeable staff and a menu with various gluten-free options, from appetizers to desserts. The house mixed appetizer is superb and main courses are available with GF variations. The gluten-free tiramisu is also excellent. Price appropriate to the service.

A really nice little place, we had dinner there in December and the Christmas atmosphere inside and outside the restaurant was truly enchanting. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. Typical menu but not trivial, they have a lot of gluten-free dish options (how wonderful to eat gluten-free orecchiette in Puglia!😍). Super honest prices, considering the excellent quality of the raw materials used. We can't wait to return in the summer! Highly recommended!

As soon as you settle into one of the tables located in a characteristic alley of Locorotondo, you are immediately served with taralli and local bread, all before an excellent welcome bruschetta is brought, also gluten-free if requested. The first courses were impeccable, with pairings that highlighted the flavors and the very high quality of the raw materials. For these dishes, gluten-free alternatives could also be requested, with various types of fresh pasta (including orecchiette) that could be paired with all kinds of sauces. In conclusion, a highly recommended place that pays attention to customers with celiac disease.

We happened to end up in this restaurant with a group of friends by chance and we had a wonderful time. I am celiac so I prepared myself not to have many alternatives. Instead, the entire menu included the preparation of the same dish but gluten-free, from stuffed pasta to the typical orecchiette, even with taralli to munch on for celiacs. Wonderful food and very kind staff! Absolutely recommended!!
