I travel a lot for work and have had the chance to taste various doughs, even frozen ones as in this case. This one is not good, like a Puglian pizza, thick and soft in the center with a low and crunchy edge. I ordered the cosacca with tomato and pecorino and it had an undefined taste. They only have gluten-free pizza bases and one beer. As the manager said, they keep them just to satisfy groups that need gluten-free options. No appetizers, no warm welcome. Moreover, it is unclear how the price increases, sometimes by €3, other times by €4 or €5, depending on the type of pizza, changing only the base! In the menu, there is a section for gluten-free pizzas listing 4-5 options, implying that the rest is contaminated. But when talking to the manager, he says you can choose the flavors you want... Finally, when it came time to pay, he asked how it went, and upon my negative reply, he launched into a tirade about personal tastes, not listening at all to others' opinions, with a confrontational and closed attitude. It is clear that he has gluten-free bases just to satisfy the occasional customer, but it annoys him.

Good gluten-free pizza (base not made by them) with the option to choose various flavors, but aside from the pizza, there are no choices. An appetizer is served to the other diners while you are left empty-handed; maybe they could think about offering two small fries to compensate. Disqualified for me due to the lack of empathy on the subject.

Good gluten-free pizza, soft and tall. The dough is not made in-house but is purchased frozen from a laboratory equipped for gluten-free options, as they do not have enough space to make it in a separate kitchen, just a separate oven specifically used for gluten-free pizzas. They seemed very attentive and precise: there is the option to get fries on the side, of course waiting a bit longer to heat the oil. However, I give 3 stars because, despite the fast service and very helpful staff, the gluten-free pizza incurs an extra charge of €4.00, the highest price I've encountered so far.

We've chosen this pizzeria several times already, also because, having cases of celiac disease in the family, they make excellent gluten-free pizza. Here I eat the true Neapolitan pizza: from the dough to the cooking in the wood-fired oven, to the toppings... it's her!

If you want to eat an exceptional pizza, you must absolutely come here to Lo Scugnizzo! Typical Neapolitan pizza with really high-quality toppings. The venue offers the possibility to dine both inside and outside. The staff is kind and attentive. We had fries and 2 pizzas (one of which was gluten-free) and tasted a delicious caprese. I recommend it!!!
