The owner is very kind and never still. I stayed for a week and had dinner there every evening. The Pantellerian cuisine is simpler and allows you to better enjoy the fish. I basically tried almost the whole menu; I didn't like the pizza and recommend ordering it only if it includes tomato in the toppings. The menu is more than exhaustive; it lists all allergens, contaminations, etc. (it's digital with QR code).

Location a stone's throw from the sea, with tables also outside on the street. We drank 2 Coca-Colas (33 cl each), a beer (33 cl), and ate a small portion of octopus, a 'pantesca' salad, and 2 excellent pizzas (with and without gluten) that were really well cooked and topped. I opted for the 'Parmigiana, without gluten'. Tasty. Friendly and professional staff. I rated it 4 stars for two reasons: 1) the 'gluten-free' pizza had an additional charge of 4 euros compared to the gluten pizza (it was indicated in the menu, but I think it's a bit excessive); 2) although we were the first customers that evening, the restroom (located below street level) did not smell fresh and clean.

I gave 4 stars for two reasons: 1) the gluten-free pizza cost an additional 4 euros compared to the gluten one (it was indicated on the menu, but I think it's a bit excessive); 2) although we were the first customers that evening, in the restrooms (located below street level) we did not breathe clean and fragrant air.
