I went to this restaurant last night around 10 PM. After ordering, I clearly stated my lactose intolerance. Despite this, I was served a chicken salad with yogurt dressing. I had to give up the dish, and my husband kindly offered to take it instead. At that point, I tried his grilled chicken but immediately noticed that the meat had been cooked with butter. It was a detail that wasn't mentioned, and for those with intolerances or allergies, it's not negligible: it can put health at risk. The manager apologized and offered an alternative dish cooked by her, but by then I had no pleasure in continuing the dinner. When we left, there were no further apologies or a gesture of consideration (for example, removing the wrong dishes from the bill or offering a coffee). A restaurant of this level should pay much more attention to communication about ingredients and managing food intolerances. Personally, I won't return, and I invite those with allergies or intolerances to be particularly careful.
