At the extreme... We were wandering around Castelsardo looking for a place to eat. We settled for this restaurant, very willing to be attentive to gluten-free options but offering really very little for us celiacs. I could choose a few appetizers and only the mixed seafood grill. The fact that there was a choice, even if small, is a positive note. However, I hope that over time all restaurants will equip themselves better and better.
